Terms and Conditions

1. About Medina Camps Consulting

Medina Camps Consulting is operated by Sherzad Kalaf Mohe, based in Medina, Saudi Arabia. We are Saudi market entry specialists helping serious investors and established businesses enter the Saudi market properly — through company formation, investment advisory, and real estate services.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website medina-camps-consulting.com and any engagement with our services. By using this website or initiating a consultation, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

We offer three core services:

Company Formation

We handle the full process of establishing a legal business presence in Saudi Arabia — including documentation, MISA licensing, commercial registry registration, and government platform setup (ZATCA, Qiwa). This service requires the client to either own an existing foreign-registered company or hold Saudi Premium Residency.

Investment Opportunities

We identify and structure curated investment opportunities across real estate, operating businesses, and strategic partnerships. These are not public listings. Access is limited to qualified investors who are ready to move within a structured timeline.

Real Estate Services

We assist international buyers and investors in acquiring and structuring Saudi real estate transactions, including market intelligence, legal structuring, and access to off-market opportunities.

The specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or service agreement signed by both parties. No service is considered confirmed until a formal agreement is in place.

3. Client Eligibility

Our services are designed for serious, qualified clients only. We work with a limited number of active clients at any time to ensure exceptional results. By enquiring about our services, you represent that:

  • For Company Formation: you own a registered company active for at least one year, or you hold a Saudi Premium Residency
  • For Investment Opportunities: you have available capital and are prepared to make decisions within 3–6 months
  • For Real Estate: you have a clear purpose (investment, business, or personal use) and the financial capacity to proceed

We reserve the right to decline any enquiry at our sole discretion.

4. Free Initial Consultation

We offer a free initial consultation to assess fit, review your situation, and explain realistic timelines and costs. This consultation does not constitute a service agreement or create any obligation on either party. We respond to serious enquiries within 24 hours.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated transparently in the written proposal before any engagement begins. We do not collect any payment unless a signed agreement is in place. Payment terms, schedules, and methods are specified in the individual service agreement.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We provide professional guidance based on direct on-ground knowledge, experience, and established relationships in Saudi Arabia. However, we cannot guarantee specific results, including:

  • Approval of company registration applications by Saudi authorities
  • Investment returns or valuations
  • Completion of real estate transactions

Results depend on factors outside our control, including government processing times, market conditions, regulatory changes, and client circumstances.

7. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver the best possible results, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information
  • Responding to requests and communications in a timely manner
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in their home country and in Saudi Arabia
  • Meeting any financial or legal requirements relevant to their engagement

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information — including business details, financial information, and personal data — as strictly confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except as strictly necessary to deliver the contracted service (e.g., legal representatives, government offices).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of Medina Camps Consulting. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Medina Camps Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our maximum liability for direct damages is limited to the fees actually paid by the client for the specific service in question.

11. Third-Party Links

This website contains links to external websites (e.g., booking tools, social platforms). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of any third-party websites.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to competent courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this website. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
